  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g grated coconut

  1. Put the coconut milk, cream and sugar into a saucepan and heat gently while stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Avoid letting the mixture boil.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and add the vanilla extract and grated coconut. Stir well and let the mixture cool slightly.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the machine's instructions until the ice cream reaches the desired consistency.
