Laksa is a spicy and strong noodle soup popular in Southeast Asia, and is most often seen in countries such as Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. It consists of various types of noodles, often thick rice noodles, with toppings such as chicken, shrimp or fish. Most varieties of laksa are prepared with a spicy and aromatic coconut soup or a broth flavored with sour asam.

Preparation
1. Add pouch A Laksa paste and then pouch B Laksa Premix into 500ml of water. Mix thoroughly and bring to a boil.
2. Place the noodles in the boiling soup, reduce the heat and cook for 7 minutes.
3. Laksa La Mian is ready to serve.
Tip: For an extra authentic experience, during step 2 you can add seafood, chicken, hard-boiled egg, bean sprouts and fried tofu in the 6th minute
