With springy noodles that absorb the rich broth, each bowl offers a complex flavor experience with notes of lemongrass, lime and chili.

It is a bit spicier than classic Shin Ramyun, but you can adjust the heat to your taste.

Preparation:

Add noodles, seasoning powder and dried flakes to 500 ml of boiling water. Cook for 4 1/2 minutes. Then add the Tom Yum seasoning paste. Stir well and serve.
