There's nothing that a bowl of ramen can't make better! Ramen is a traditional noodle soup dish in Japan and can be topped with anything your heart desires.
Try your hand f.eks. at a Spicy Shoyu Ramen with Char Siu roast, fish cake, bamboo shoots, spring onions, Nori seaweed and a soft-boiled egg.
Preparation
Put the noodles in boiling water and let them simmer for 3-4 min. Drain and rinse them in cold water.
