Glass noodles, also known as Vermicelli, are a type of transparent noodles made from starch and water. They are very popular in Asian cuisine and can be used in many different dishes. They can, among other things, be used for soup, stir-frying, salads, as a complement to rice or as garnish. They are also often used as a filling in Asian snacks such as spring rolls or dumplings.
Glass noodles are extremely thin and do not require much cooking time.
