The package contains enough for 12 servings. After opening, it is recommended to store in an airtight container to preserve freshness.
Preparation (12 servings):
Ingredients: 900g of choice protein (beef, chicken, lamb or shrimp), 900g onions, 250g carrot, 300g potatoes, 2 tbsp oil, 1200ml water, 1 box Golden Karry Mild (adjust the amount according to desired strength).
1. Cut all ingredients into equal-sized pieces
2. Sauté the ingredients in a pan or pot with 2 tbsp oil
3. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, put on a lid and let simmer until the protein is tender, about 15 min.
4. Turn off the heat and break the curry blocks from the package into smaller pieces in the pot/pan. Stir until the curry blocks are completely melted. Let it simmer for about 5 min while stirring.
5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
(For cooking with half the package (6 servings): Use half the amount of ingredients with 660 ml water).
