Preparation:
Chicken Tom Ka (4 servings): Bring 240 ml coconut milk to a boil. Add 300 g chicken and 50 g Tom Ka Paste. Add 480 ml water and simmer over low heat until the chicken is tender. Add 100 g mushrooms and another 240 ml coconut milk. Bring to a boil and add fish sauce and lime juice to taste. Then it is ready to serve.
