Preparation:
Boil 250ml coconut milk. Add 500g chicken breast and the contents of this pack. Cook until the meat is done. Add 500ml water and let simmer. Add another 250ml coconut milk and let simmer gently. Season with fish sauce and lemon juice.
Tip: For a more flavorful, creamy and thicker soup, replace the water with coconut milk or milk.
