Karaage is a popular Japanese fried chicken often enjoyed as an izakaya (Japanese pub) snack. An authentic karaage recipe with a mix of soy sauce, ginger and spices deep-fried in a crunchy and appetizing coating. Crispy and delicious on the outside, juicy and well-seasoned on the inside.
Preparation:
Microwave 1.5 min at 750W. Oven: 15 min at 180°C. Deep fry: 3 min at 180°C.
