Korean Fish Cakes 1kg – Allgroo are a classic ingredient in Korean cuisine with a soft, slightly chewy texture and umami-rich flavor. Perfect for eomuk-tang (fish cake soup), stir-fries, or as a filling in kimbap. Easy to prepare – pan-fry, boil, or grill them for an authentic Korean taste experience.
Preparation:
Cut into pieces to your liking. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pieces on both sides until they are golden brown. Add, to taste, f.eks. onions, carrots and chili peppers; keep stirring while frying. Season with oil, soy sauce and sugar and stir well until the sauce is absorbed. Garnish with spring onions, sesame oil and sesame seeds - enjoy your meal!
