Preparation
Pour ½ cm of water into a pan and add a little neutral oil. Heat to 170-180°C. Place the frozen gyoza on their flat side in the pan and steam for about 3 minutes with the lid on until all the water has evaporated. Remove the lid and let them fry for a few minutes more until the bottom is golden and crispy.
