Tilberedning:

Pan-fry: Add 10–15 ml of oil, pour 60 ml of water into the pan, then place the buns. Cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, covered. Open the lid when the water is almost gone (do not open it earlier). Continue cooking until the bottoms are golden. For extra crispiness, brown the bottoms on the other side until golden.
