Steam: Add water to fill the steamer one third of the way. Place a wet cloth on the steaming rack or brush on a layer of cooking oil. Bring the water to a boil. Remove the packaging, place the frozen dumplings in the steamer and cover with a lid. Steam for 10 minutes on high heat.
